Deploy mediamover v0.1.0 into arrstack

Runs the mediamover server (API+UI on :8080) with mediafs mounted RW at /srv/src and the media-movies/media-tv PVCs as destinations; the SA/RBAC lets it spawn one worker Job per queued file. Exposed internally at mediamover.k8s.syd1.au.unkin.net via a dedicated internal Gateway (the arrproxy Gateway is external and hostname-locked).
