chore: cleanup artifactory3 mess
ci/woodpecker/pr/pre-commit Pipeline was successful
ci/woodpecker/pr/kubeconform Pipeline was successful
attempted to let claude deploy a new version of artifactory with
terrible results. this change is to remove that mess so I can start
again.
