ci/woodpecker/pr/pre-commit Pipeline was successful
ci/woodpecker/pr/kubeconform Pipeline was successful
- replace all helm repos with artifactapi/virtual/helm
- update projects with accepted repos
- set resource requests/limits for woodpecker jobs
