v0.1.7 stops the operator reconcile hot-loop, which was hot-reloading Kea about 9 times a second and flooding the dhcp-system logs. Images now publish to docker-internal.

  • bump kea-operator, kea and kea-api to v0.1.7
  • pull all three from artifactapi docker-internal
