The RPM's /usr/bin/chcat conflicts with SELinux's
policycoreutils-python-utils on Fedora. Per Ben: remove the symlink
entrypoints entirely and ship only the chlog binary with cat/tail/grep
subcommands.
- Remove chcat/chtail/chgrep symlinks and their completions from
nfpm.yaml, build-rpm.sh and the Makefile
- Remove the argv[0] dispatch in main.go; subcommands are unchanged
- Update the completion test to cover chlog only
- Update README usage to chlog cat|tail|grep
The v0.1.0 tag pipeline failed at the package step: build-rpm.sh was
committed mode 100644, so CI's ./scripts/build-rpm.sh invocation died
with permission denied before any completions were generated.
- Restore the executable bit on scripts/build-rpm.sh (mode 100755,
matching node-lookup)
- Add TestCompletionAllEntrypointsAndShells covering bash/zsh/fish
completion generation through the argv[0] dispatch for all four
entrypoints (chlog/chcat/chtail/chgrep)
Single Go binary for the ClickHouse log store (logs.raw): chlog with
cat/tail/grep subcommands, plus chcat/chtail/chgrep argv[0]-dispatched
symlink entrypoints. Every query is time-bounded and fully parameterized;
chgrep guards wide unfiltered scans. Ships nfpm RPM with completions and
woodpecker PR/tag pipelines mirroring node-lookup.
