The pre-commit step needs uvx, so it ran on almalinux9-gobuilder:20260606 from packer-images — the image these repos exist to replace. This is the first real consumer of the estate-built one.

  • switch the pre-commit step to docker-internal/gobuilder:0.1.0-alma9
  • pin exactly: latest and 0.1.0 both alias the default distro, so either would change the CI image with no commit to show for it
