Fix alt version name generation
...
Instead of replacing all occurrences of the containing folder name, just check the start of the string.
This matches what happens in VideoListResolver.IsEligibleForMultiVersion
Fixes #12555

Did a simple search/replace on the whole repo (except the RSSDP project)
This reduces LOC and should improve performance (methods containing a throw statement don't get inlined)
