Add -a flag to show all facts for a node e62e69bbbc 
-a requires -n and prints all PuppetDB facts for the specified node
as 'fact_name  value' sorted alphabetically by fact name, useful for
discovering available facts to query against.
Add tests for -a (all facts) flag 2acff78d02

Delete Branch "feat/all-facts-flag"
