kubectl-tree is not packaged, and its own completion only covers flags while its `completion` scripts register for `kubectl` itself. - add kubectl-tree 0.6.0 for el9 and fedora 42-44, checksum-verified via artifactapi - add `kubectl_complete-tree` delegating flags to kubectl-tree and KIND/NAME to `kubectl get` completion Requires terraform-artifactapi github allowlist entries for ahmetb/kubectl-tree.
