Allow the ClamAV image through the dockerhub remote
The mail namespace runs clamd + freshclam from clamav/clamav on Docker Hub via the artifactapi mirror. Add it to the dockerhub allowlist. - add "^clamav/clamav" to config/remote_docker/dockerhub.yaml patterns
