Bundler needs one RubyGems source for internal and public gems; artifactapi now serves gems remotes, locals and virtuals, but none are declared here.

  • wire the remote_gems and local_gems kinds through config, the environment and the module
  • add remote_gems/rubygems (rubygems.org), local_gems/gems-internal and the gems virtual over both

requires a provider release with artifactapi_local_gems (unkin/terraform-provider-artifactapi#33); validate fails until then

  • nit: config/remote_gems/rubygems.yaml:4 — mutable_ttl: 3600 applies to /versions and every /info/*, which are fetched at different times; an /info newer than the cached /versions gives an md5 mismatch that bundler reports as an error → lower to ~300.
