GitHub-release-backed remotes re-scan GitHub releases every mutable_ttl, so the 1h default burns GitHub API quota for releases that rarely change.

  • raise the mutable_ttl default to 21600 for remote_github_rpm, remote_github_deb and remote_github_alpine
