The mail gateways need a home for BinaryLane infrastructure; this lands the empty repo skeleton so the provider and resources can follow separately.

  • add terragrunt root with consul state under infra/terraform/binarylane/
  • add an empty global unit and module taking the API token from kv/service/terraform/binarylane
  • add Makefile plan/apply/format/pre-commit targets
  • add woodpecker pre-commit + plan on PR and apply on main

requires terraform-vault #164 applied first

  • nit: .pre-commit-config.yaml:12 — only tofu-fmt and terragrunt-hcl-fmt; terraform-rancher also runs tofu-validate and tflint → add both (netbox scaffold omits them too, so either is defensible; pick one convention).
  • nit: .gitignore:8 — ignores .terraform.lock.hcl; terraform-rancher commits modules/*/.terraform.lock.hcl → drop the ignore and commit the lock when the provider is added.
