BinaryLane rejects VPC ranges outside RFC 1918, so the 198.18.30/31.0/24 DMZ VPCs failed to create on apply.

  • number the DMZ VPCs 172.18.30.0/24 (syd) and 172.18.31.0/24 (mel), with edge .10 and vpn .11
  • route the plain lab routes into the VPCs now that they no longer overlap 198.18.0.0/16
  • update the README
