The source fork now has a working PR pipeline on main (PR #1 merged green), so main can be protected without blocking merges. It currently has no protection at all.

  • add a main branch_protection rule requiring the ci/woodpecker/pr/ci status check
  • restrict merge and approval to the Owners team
  • keep direct push for unkinben so upstream syncs stay possible

Inert until terraform applies.
