The vector-test Woodpecker pipeline is being removed from argocd-apps, so that context will never be reported again. Leaving it required would gate every argocd-apps PR on a check that can never pass.

  • Remove ci/woodpecker/pr/vector-test from the argocd-apps main branch protection status checks.

pre-commit and kubeconform stay required. Companion to argocd-apps #505.
