Why: P4 steps 5-6 of the ghp epic — a Vault/OpenBao secrets engine that mints ephemeral scoped ghp access tokens via ghp's admin API (authenticating as the static admin service token deployed in ghp v0.20.0-unkin4), and its Terraform provider.

How: add two repository configs mirroring the existing Gitea-engine pair (vault-plugin-secrets-gitea / terraform-provider-giteavaultsecret):

  • vault-plugin-secrets-ghp
  • terraform-provider-ghpvaultsecret

Both squash-only, Owners-gated main with the standard pre-commit/build/test checks. Scaffolding is staged and will land once the repos exist (plan/apply).
