Declares the new private Gitea repo arrproxy so it is managed by terraform-git rather than created by hand.

arrproxy is a Go reverse proxy fronting sonarr/radarr/prowlarr: Authentik oauth for the UI plus one-time per-user API tokens (group-scoped) with real *arr key injection.

Changes:

  • Add config/git.unkin.net/unkin/repository/arrproxy.yaml declaring the repo (private, default branch main, delete branch after merge).

Match the sibling Go service repo convention (node-lookup/encapi):
require the woodpecker pre-commit/test/build PR status checks,
squash merge style, and restrict merge/approval to Owners/benvin.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
