Why

A Neovim plugin manager is needed that installs plugins from tagged archives on artifactapi/Artifactory rather than git clones.

How

  • Add config/git.unkin.net/unkin/repository/vimpack.yaml (public, main default branch, squash merge, delete-branch-after-merge, main protection with Owners merge whitelist and test/lint/pre-commit status checks)
