Catalog diffing and change-impact tooling for the Puppet estate needs a home repo before any code can land.

  • add config/git.unkin.net/unkin/repository/puppet-catalog-tools.yaml
  • set squash-only merges and delete-branch-on-merge
  • protect main: merges limited to Owners, required woodpecker build/test/pre-commit checks
