Provision the Gitea repo for the autobackup-operator, a Kubernetes operator that creates S3 buckets and backup schedules from backups.unkin.net/* annotations on PVCs and CNPG clusters. Matches the convention of sibling operator repos (private=false, squash merges, main branch protection with pre-commit/test/build checks).
