Every new resource edits the same Resources() list, test tables, resource count and README list, so parallel resource PRs keep conflicting. Adding a resource should only add files.

  • add registry.go; resources and data sources register in init(), returned sorted by type name
  • add one resource_remote_.go per remote kind; drop unused NewRemote* constructors
  • replace resource count/type tables with invariants: unique artifactapi_ names, each with an example and docs page, no orphan example or docs
  • move README resource sections into docs/resources and docs/data-sources
