The token manager is becoming a vault context manager, and its config/cache living under a generic vault dir collides with other tooling. v0.1.0 has no installs, so the paths move without migration.

  • rename vctl to vcm across code, build, packaging, CI release and docs
  • read config from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/vcm/config.yaml (~/.config/vcm), dropping the vctl.yaml candidate
  • cache tokens under $XDG_CACHE_HOME/vcm (~/.cache/vcm)
