jellyfin: bump fafflix+cheeztv to v0.2.0 (#426)

## Summary

- Bumps the jellyfin-ha image to v0.2.0 on fafflix and cheeztv

## Why

v0.2.0 bakes the LDAP and SSO auth plugins into the image; with the plugin config PR this enables browser SSO and app-password logins.
