cephrgw-operator v0.3.0 makes adopting existing radosgw buckets and users safe:
retainOnDelete on ObjectStoreUser/BucketAccess, non-destructive bucket-policy
merge (+ managePolicy), non-destructive user attributes, and status.adopted.

- bump the operator image to v0.3.0
