unkinben	97d8f2e8ef	feat: add docker registry remotes and image include_patterns to artifactapi Adds include_patterns to existing ghcr and dockerhub remotes covering all container images used in the repo, and adds five new docker registry remotes (quay, k8s-registry, gitlab, elastic, gcr).
