Add logviewer.unkin.net internal DNS record

logviewer.unkin.net does not resolve; the Gateway and certificate for it
already exist (from #404), so browsers cannot reach the UI. Add an A
record on the internal traefik gateway VIP, mirroring the existing
ghp/identity records.

- Add DNSRecord logviewer-dns-internal (A, ttl 600, 198.18.200.4) to
  bind-internal authoritative records
