unkin-agent ba14f85e51 Pin pdbmux to v0.4.0 (#466 )

v0.3.0 still serves facts from cache and collapses non-4xx upstream rejections into a 502, so clients see stale facts and lose the real status.

- Pin the pdbmux image to v0.4.0
