Bump kea images to v0.1.2 (socket dir 0750 fix)

kea-operator v0.1.2 renders entrypoints that chmod /var/run/kea to 0750,
resolving the remaining CrashLoopBackOff where kea rejected the 0777
emptyDir socket directory ("more relaxed permissions than 750").

- Bump kea-operator, kea, and kea-api images v0.1.1 -> v0.1.2.
