The release pipeline PUTs the packaged zip to artifactapi over https, but the publish step runs on alpine, which does not trust the internal CA that signs the gateway certificate. The first tag would fail the upload with curl exit 60.

  • Run the publish step on git.unkin.net/unkin/almalinux9-base:20260606, which carries the internal CA anchors.
  • Drop the apk add curl line; curl ships in that image.

The publish step's https PUT cannot run on alpine, which has no internal CA.
Switch it to almalinux9-base, matching the rest of the estate.
