The deb Packages index is served (empty) immediately and lists an upload only once it is parsed asynchronously, so polling for a 200 returns before the package appears and TestLocalDebRepo fails every run.

  • poll Packages until it contains Package: e2e-testpkg (15s deadline) instead of until 200
