Jellyfin 12.0 has failed in production twice; UPSTREAM_REF still points at a commit predating four merged source fixes for those failures.

  • bump UPSTREAM_REF to jellyfin-ha-src main (ec581b5e)
  • picks up cross-replica auth read-through to Postgres
  • picks up bare Jellyfin__ env form for transcode-store config, plus startup logging of the selected store
  • picks up the min(uuid) anti-join replacing the Postgres-incompatible aggregate in browse/search/Recently Added
  • picks up scan-leader gating tied to a configured Redis connection string
