Why

Build the release container image from the jellyfin-ha-src fork's main HEAD so the image carries the merged scan-leader leader-election feature. The feature is inert by default (Jellyfin:ScanLeader:Enabled=false) and stays disabled until the argocd deploy enables it, so this bump is safe to ship ahead of that.

How

Bump UPSTREAM_REF from d4f9c12c22d3a640f3b0a3622b23b8cd01d044ad (pristine seed commit) to 2e1e445e470c2f2c1520f66678a73faa226c2058 (fork main HEAD, which includes the merged scan-leader PR). This is the only change.
