container-agent-infra fails on dnf install kubectl — nothing in the estate carries it, and rebuilding a signed upstream in rpmbuilder would be pure overhead. pkgs.k8s.io publishes official per-minor RPM repos; a version-agnostic base lets consumers pick any minor via path (e.g. kubernetes/v1.33/rpm) with no terraform change on cluster upgrades.

  • add remote_rpm/kubernetes.yaml proxying pkgs.k8s.io core stable, minor chosen by consumer path
