The victoria-metrics-k8s-stack sync-job fetches its Grafana dashboards from raw.githubusercontent.com; routing it through artifactapi needs those paths on the github_user allowlist. They are branch refs, so they must revalidate rather than cache immutably.

  • add anchored dotdc k8s-*, kube-prometheus dashboardDefinitions and etcd mixin paths to patterns
  • add the same paths to mutable_patterns
