artifactapi gains ansible remote, local and virtual repositories; the estate needs a Galaxy proxy, an internal collection repo and one server over both.

  • wire the remote_ansible and local_ansible kinds through config, terragrunt inputs and the module
  • add remote_ansible/galaxy (https://galaxy.ansible.com) and local_ansible/ansible-internal
  • add virtual/ansible with members ansible-internal, then galaxy

requires unkin/terraform-provider-artifactapi#23 and #34 released; CI fails validate until then.
