Internal debs have no local repo, and the storytold GitHub-release deb remotes are separate apt sources, so hosts need one entry per tool.

  • wire the local_deb kind (config, terragrunt input, variable, resource)
  • add deb-internal local deb repo
  • add deb-custom deb virtual: deb-internal, then the 11 storytold-*-deb remotes; all members are flat layout, so the virtual is flat (./)

Apply requires unkin/artifactapi#138 released and deployed.
