BinaryLane has every size out of stock in mel, so the last apply failed on the mel servers and never created the syd firewall rules, reverse name or route entries, leaving the syd hosts unfirewalled.

  • add an enabled_regions local (["syd"]) gating the servers
  • derive the server, firewall, reverse name, route entry and router_links for_each from it
  • keep the VPCs, WireGuard keys and Vault KV for every region
