terraform-infra was scoped to NetBox plus Kea DHCP, but Kea is managed by the kea-operator CRDs in argocd-apps. Both declare subnets 198.18.13-17 and would fight: four by identical CR name, and terraform's drw1-prod duplicates the net-198-18-17 prefix, which fails the kea config load. The repo is narrowed to the NetBox side and renamed to match.

  • add the terraform-netbox repository (squash-only, Owners-gated, pre-commit and plan required)
  • remove terraform-infra

The module does not delete repos on removal, so unkin/terraform-infra orphans and needs deleting by hand after apply.
