Registers the teabot Gitea repo so the daemon's code can be pushed.

  • add config/git.unkin.net/unkin/repository/teabot.yaml with description, public visibility, squash-merge default, delete-branch-after-merge, and main branch protection matching sibling Go tools (node-lookup)
