Provision the Gitea repo for the new Kea DHCP Kubernetes operator that will replace the ISC dhcpd VM used solely for PXE-booting physical hosts.

  • add config/git.unkin.net/unkin/repository/kea-operator.yaml (public, main default branch, delete-branch-after-merge, standard woodpecker branch protection)
