Protect main on the arr forks + require Woodpecker build #75

Delete Branch "benvin/arr-forks-protection"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Why
The sonarr/radarr/prowlarr forks were created without branch protection so the upstream mirror could be force-pushed. Their Woodpecker image builds are now green, so main should be locked down like the other fork repos (e.g. openbao).
