artifactapi gains a vcs remote type for GitHub and Gitea source archives and release assets; Terraform has no resource to manage it.

  • add artifactapi_remote_vcs via the per-file registry
  • add examples/resources/artifactapi_remote_vcs/main.tf and docs/resources/remote_vcs.md

requires unkin/artifactapi#162
