The fork needs to build and release inside the estate like the other unkin providers, and be installable from the artifactapi terraform registry.

  • add woodpecker pre-commit, build, test and tag-triggered release pipelines mirroring terraform-provider-encapi
  • add Makefile with build, test, lint, package, pre-commit and patch/minor/major targets
  • add pre-commit config, excluding generated docs/ and the build-tagged tools/ package
  • change the provider source address to git.unkin.net/unkin/binarylane in main.go, examples and docs

  • .woodpecker/{build,pre-commit,release,test}.yml:5 — images and GOCACHE env differ from encapi (git.unkin.net/unkin/almalinux9-gobuilder:20260606, no go-cache) while the PR body says "mirroring terraform-provider-encapi" → nit: confirm gobuilder:0.1.2-alma9 ships uvx (pre-commit step) and that this is the intended estate convention, else align to encapi's image.
  • README.md:3 — still links registry.terraform.io/providers/oscarhermoso/binarylane → nit: leave if syncability matters, otherwise point at the new source.
