rspamd in the mail namespace needs a LiteLLM key for LLM-assisted spam scoring, limited to the cheap Haiku model. The rspamd litellm role existed but also allowed Sonnet and had no consumer binding.

  • limit litellm role rspamd to claude-haiku-4-5
  • add policy litellm/creds/rspamd reading litellm/creds/rspamd
  • add k8s auth role rspamd bound to SA rspamd in mail
