encapi now authenticates writes with Vault identity tokens, replacing the static ENCAPI_WRITE_TOKEN stored in KV.

  • mint ENCAPI_WRITE_TOKEN from identity/oidc/token/terraform-enc in the Makefile
  • fail if the minted token is empty
  • update README to describe the token source

Requires terraform-vault encapi OIDC roles applied and encapi oidc-auth deployed.
