v0.3.0 regenerated the Postgres provider's initial EF migration,
destroying the upgrade path for existing databases (42703:
u.NormalizedUsername crash loop). jellyfin-ha-src main now restores
the baseline migration plus forward migrations and hardens
EncoderPreset deserialization.

v0.3.0 shipped a regenerated initial migration that broke upgrades
on existing Postgres databases. Pin the fork commit restoring the
baseline plus forward migrations and the EncoderPreset fallback.
